3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may change without notice due to promotions, supplier adjustments, or currency fluctuations.
Product availability is subject to stock levels, and orders may be canceled if an item becomes unavailable.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept:
If a payment issue arises, the order may be delayed or canceled. Card transactions are processed instantly, while bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to verify.
pcbuilder.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
A delivery fee of AED 15.00 applies to orders below AED 500.00. Orders of AED 500.00 and above are eligible for Free Delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Certain products, such as software, digital items, and hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after inspection.
Card Payments: Refunds are issued directly back to the original credit/debit card used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to process.
Bank Transfers: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer to the customer's provided account.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. However, if the order is already in transit, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranty & Repairs
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration depends on the product and brand.
Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms and may involve authorized service centers.
