We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman. All orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the bank transfer is confirmed.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. (Cut-off time: 6:00 PM)
Delivery Time & Cost
UAE Deliveries:
Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1 to 2 business days.
Orders below AED 500.00: A delivery fee of AED 15.00 applies.
Orders AED 500.00 and above: Free Delivery across the UAE.
Oman Deliveries:
Standard delivery to Oman takes 4 to 5 business days.
Delivery Fee: AED 35.00 per shipping box (e.g. 1 Custom PC = 1 box, 1 Monitor = 1 box).
Import Fees: A 5% import fee applies to orders shipped to Oman, which is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the UAE and Oman. Other international shipping is not available at this time.
