You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product is 100% intact and in its original condition, with no signs of damage or use.
It is in the original factory packaging, sealed and unopened.
All original labels, seals, and accessories are included.
You provide proof of purchase (invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or activated licensed software
Consumables, such as toners or cartridges
Custom-built PCs or components that were installed as part of a system
Products with damaged packaging
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us via email at support@pcbuilder.ae. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to a faulty product or store error, we cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
