PCBuilder.ae provides a platform to build and configure custom gaming PCs with components linked through Amazon affiliate links. Please note that we do not sell, ship, or handle products directly, and all returns are managed by Amazon or the product manufacturer.

1. Return Responsibility

  • All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by Amazon or the respective seller.
  • PCBuilder.ae cannot process returns, issue refunds, or replace items.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To return a product, please go to your Amazon account, locate your order, and follow Amazon’s return instructions.
  • Keep your order confirmation and receipt from Amazon, as it is required for the return process.

3. Return Policies

  • Return eligibility, time limits, and conditions are determined by Amazon’s return policy and/or the product manufacturer’s warranty.
